KYC Analyst Consultant Temp Bilingual Mandarin Chinese
Located on-site in Manhattan
Job Description:
Compliance
- Conduct comprehensive annual and periodic KYC refresh reviews for existing clients to ensure continued compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management guidelines.
- Perform monthly screening of clients, beneficial owners, and related parties against global sanctions lists, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and other watchlists. Ensure timely escalation of potential risks or flagged activities for further investigation.
- Support the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer by assisting with various compliance-related tasks. Actively participate in the development and implementation of compliance controls and procedures.
Client Coverage/Account Management
- Conduct sales calls/meetings with financial institutions and Affiliates
- Maintain regular contact with customers
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping for assigned customers, monitor account balances regularly
Requirements:
- 2 years of banking experience in compliance, payments, trade services, treasury services, and/or corporate banking
- Education Requirements: BA/BS degree in business, accounting, risk management, computer science, economics, mathematics, finance or statistics required
- Other Relevant Requirements: English and Mandarin Chinese language skills required
