IT Asset Management Consultant Temp Bilingual Chinese
Located on-site in Manhattan
Job Description:
- Managing the IT Asset inventory for currency and ensuring appropriate detail
- Being IT Asset Administrator to the ITAM tool and BAU operator in IT asset management
- Overseeing procedure adherence to the published process
- Escalating issues arising from procedure, process, and information failures
- Reporting on a regular or ad hoc basis, as needed, to departmental staff, senior management, and outside regulators
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5-8 years of experience in IT, minimum 3 years in IT Asset Management required
- Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle
- Previous experience in IT operations or end user support a plus
- Knowledge of different types of computer equipment and common computer operating systems such as Windows and Linux and popular application software such the MS Office Suite, Teams, Jabber, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ITIL certification (Foundation or above) preferred
- Experience with regulatory authorities such as FFIEC, OCC etc. preferred
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
- IT operation background
