Data Operations & Automation Specialist (TEMP-to-PERM)

On-site | Northern New Jersey | Credit Union

We’re seeking a Data Operations & Automation Specialist to join our technology-driven credit union. This temporary role (with possible perm conversion) is ideal for someone who thrives on automation, system optimization, and bringing data to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations of core financial systems

  • Act as primary support for users and departments

  • Lead RPA/DPA automation projects (discovery to deployment)

  • Design and automate enterprise data transfers

  • Build BI dashboards and reports for business insights

  • Support hardware/software rollouts tied to financial systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Must-have: Fiserv DNA experience

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or related)

  • 5+ years in data-heavy/financial services environment

  • Strong database, analytics, and system architecture knowledge

  • Hands-on with RPA tools, Python/PowerShell scripting, BI/reporting

  • Familiar with M365 and Azure Cloud

  • Proven problem-solving and automation skills
