Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Team Lead – Foreign Bank – NYC (Hybrid)
An international bank is seeking a CDD Team Lead to manage a team of compliance analysts responsible for periodic account reviews. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on quality control, high-risk case review, workflow management, and audit readiness.
Key Highlights:

Lead and coach a CDD review team

Review and approve high-risk accounts

Strengthen AML/BSA/CTF compliance efforts

Partner across departments to enhance procedures

Contribute to audits and process improvements
Ideal Profile:
-
5+ years in AML/CDD, with 2+ years in a lead role

Strong knowledge of U.S. banking compliance regulations
-
CAMS preferred
-
Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
