Compensation: $60,000-$125,000+ Base (DOE) + Uncapped Commissions + Bonus + Long-Term Ownership Opportunity

Position Summary
The Property & Casualty Risk Advisor serves as a trusted consultant to business clients by identifying exposures, recommending insurance and risk management solutions, and developing long-term client relationships.
This position focuses on new business development while partnering closely with internal service teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and maximize retention.
Responsibilities
- Develop new commercial insurance business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building
- Identify and cultivate Centers of Influence (CPAs, attorneys, financial advisors, bankers, etc.)
- Conduct client needs assessments and risk evaluations
- Present customized insurance and risk management solutions
- Generate new revenue while maintaining long-term client relationships
- Cross-sell additional agency services and specialty practice areas
- Partner with account management teams throughout implementation and renewals
- Participate in networking organizations, industry associations, and community events
- Maintain accurate client documentation within the agency management system
- Consistently achieve individual production goals
Qualifications
- Commercial Property & Casualty insurance sales experience
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (California preferred)
- Proven success developing new business
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

- Existing transferable book of business
- Experience working with middle-market commercial clients
- Established professional referral network
- Experience with complex commercial insurance programs
