Structured Finance Origination Executive & KYC Coordinator

Structured Finance Origination Americas Coordinator (HYBRID)
Location: New York, NY
Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced banking professional to support the SF Origination Americas team with onboarding/KYC, deal administration, and day?to?day department operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail?oriented coordinator who enjoys working with transaction documentation and partnering across front?office, finance, treasury, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and KYC for SF New York transactions and upload completed KYC into compliance tools

  • Enter and maintain deal information in internal systems and help track pipeline, fees, and market data

  • Prepare monthly reports for Treasury, Finance, and senior management

  • Coordinate transaction information with internal partners (Loan/Portfolio Management, Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Agency, etc.)

  • Communicate with clients and external legal counsel to support documentation and deal execution

  • Monitor department expenses, process expense reports, and maintain subscription renewals

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and occasional team events

  • Prioritize and manage multiple time?sensitive tasks independently

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of banking experience

  • Solid understanding of bank structure and internal processes; project finance/renewable energy exposure is a plus

  • Comfortable working with legal and transaction documents

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor

  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines

  • Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
