Exciting Opportunity in Brooklyn, NY – Financial Services Professional
Base Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 (based on experience and skills)
Location: On-site – Brooklyn, NY

We’re looking for a high-performing, people-oriented team member to help lead and strengthen our customer relationships, financial oversight, and community presence. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to be part of a mission-driven team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and manage the flow of cash and financial instruments according to company policy

  • Assess financial risk related to internal transactions and ensure compliance

  • Analyze current and projected financial data to inform strategic decisions

  • Ensure implementation and compliance with institutional policies and regulations

  • Actively engage with customers and community organizations to promote the Bank and generate new business

  • Compile and report financial information as required by internal leadership and regulatory agencies

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5–7 years in a relevant financial or banking role)

    *Bilingual Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) ability

  • A strong commitment to customer service — you listen actively, respond quickly, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism

  • A team player who contributes to a positive, collaborative environment

  • Someone who can balance detailed financial work with people-oriented responsibilities

  • Ability to work on-site in our Brooklyn office to fully engage with customers and the team
