Contracts, Claims & Risk Management Manager
? Duncan, SC | Full-time, On-site Preferred (Moderate Travel)

We’re seeking a Contracts, Claims & Risk Management Manager to join a fast-growing staffing and EOR services firm. This role will oversee client agreements, insurance/liability claims, and risk mitigation strategies to protect the company from legal, financial, and compliance exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate contracts and amendments

  • Manage workers’ comp, liability, and property claims

  • Develop claims strategies and oversee settlements

  • Monitor company risk profile, exposures, and insurance coverage

  • Lead relationships with brokers, TPAs, and outside counsel

  • Implement safety/risk protocols with clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

  • 6+ years commercial liability & risk management experience (2+ years leadership)

  • Hands-on experience with WC and GL claims across multiple states

  • Strong knowledge of contracts, insurance, and claim procedures

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
