Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze medical records and claims data to determine compensability and validity
- Investigate injuries and illnesses, and negotiate settlements with claimants
- Collaborate with employers, medical providers, and injured workers to resolve claims efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., insurance, business, or healthcare)
- 2+ years of experience in workers’ compensation, insurance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized systems
