Step into the fast-paced world of corporate finance and global roadshows!
We’re looking for a polished, bilingual (Portuguese/English) Administrative Assistant to support a high-profile Roadshow Desk. This is a 1–2 year temporary role offering front-line exposure to executives, analysts, and corporate leaders.
What You’ll Do:

Coordinate corporate roadshows and executive meetings.

Arrange travel & entertainment logistics (flights, hotels, transportation).

Provide support for seminars, conferences, and events.
-
Manage Excel databases and build reports/presentations in Excel & PowerPoint.

Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for optimal arrangements.
-
Interact directly with senior executives (CEO/CFO level) and internal teams.

Maintain mailing lists and CRM systems.
What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in Portuguese & English (spoken/written).

Bachelor’s degree (U.S. college preferred).

Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.

Excellent writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Confident and professional when engaging with high-level executives.

Strong team player with attention to detail.
Contract: Temporary, 1–2 years
