Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Project Finance Credit Analyst to evaluate, structure, and monitor transactions across sectors including renewables, natural gas, digital infrastructure, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk-focused analysis of project finance transactions, reviewing appraisals, contracts, forecasts, and financial models.

  • Structure and assess financing deals, including cash flow modeling, indicative ratings, and recommendations for approvals.

  • Support senior management in preparing credit applications and reviewing documentation.

  • Participate in negotiations with stakeholders and ensure sound credit decisions.

  • Identify and monitor credit risks, manage portfolio reporting, and track market/sector developments.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recent experience in project finance credit analysis.

  • Proven expertise in structuring and evaluating large-scale project finance transactions.

  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

 

Salary:
Depending on expereince & skill
