About the Role
Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for risk management in the financial industry? Join a dynamic and growing Enterprise Risk Management team as an AVP – PMO. In this pivotal role, you’ll support cross-department risk initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory expectations, and enterprise-wide risk strategy.
You’ll work directly with senior leadership to help drive enterprise-level projects through all lifecycle phases—initiation to implementation—while identifying risks and opportunities along the way.
What You’ll Do

Serve as the right hand to the Team Lead and VP in overseeing the execution of risk-related initiatives.

Implement and maintain robust project management governance frameworks.

Support project delivery: timelines, risk assessments, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Drive reporting: prepare executive updates, audit responses, and regulatory communications.

Contribute to feasibility studies, risk identification, and cost analysis for key initiatives.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time and compliant project execution.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.

4+ years of project management and financial risk management experience.

PMP or Risk Management certifications a strong plus.

Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive in risk identification and solution-oriented thinking.

Familiarity with financial services products (e.g., lending, credit, market risk).

Bilingual in English & Chinese
