Commercial Lines Account Insurance CSR -Remote
Located in Long Island, (Nassau County)
Role is remote
Seeking Commercial Lines Account CSR with 3+ years of experience with a desire to work in a collaborative environment to handle an established book of commercial clients. Understanding of underwriting and marketing guidelines required. Familiarity with Sagitta/AMS360 and WorkSmart/ImageRight a plus.
Duties:
- Service Commercial Lines Accounts by assisting with coverage questions, endorsements, audits and renewal negotiations
- Review accounts for adequacy of coverage including insurance to value and exposure analysis
- Utilize coverage checklists
- Interact with clients and underwriters daily to take questions, anticipate and resolve problems, and provide renewal consultations
- Handle special projects as needed
Desired Skills & Experience:
- P&C license required
- Familiarity with most lines of coverage
- Proficiency in Industry Management and Carrier Systems, Sagitta and WorkSmart/ImageRight, AMS 360 a plus.
- A collaborative personality in order to succeed in our team environment
- Detail oriented and diligent in completing tasks with ability to multi-task on various projects
- Collect and analyze information regarding the client’s assets, risk exposures and claims reports; determining which insurance products best meet the client’s needs and financial circumstances
Salary Range:
Dependent on experience and skill
($70,000-$90,000)
