Enhance System Efficiency: Act as a key support for credit system administration—troubleshooting, maintaining parameters, documenting workflows, and collaborating with tech teams to improve system design.
-
Support Credit Underwriting Excellence: Review loan proposals, approvals, and analysis to ensure compliance and consistency in underwriting standards.
-
Coordinate Risk Analytics: Partner with the Risk Management team on CECL processes, stress testing, and ACL (Allowance for Credit Losses) data runs and reporting.
-
Prepare High-Impact Reports: Generate reports for senior management and Head Office, identifying early warning signs and credit deterioration.
-
Maintain Credit Policy Compliance: Help oversee credit-related policies, procedures, and ensure alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
What You Bring:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field (Graduate degree preferred)
-
7+ years of credit function experience in a banking environment
-
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (required for daily business communication)

-
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with credit systems and reporting tools
-
Ability to independently build and validate statistical credit risk models
-
Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, FRM are a strong plus
Why This Role?
-
Competitive salary with room for growth: $50,000–$80,000 base
-
Be a core part of a high-impact credit team in a stable and respected institution
-
Gain exposure to portfolio strategy, risk analytics, and system-level influence
-
Work onsite in Manhattan — a central location with access to the heart of the financial world
