VP Payments Operations
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled VP Payments Operations to lead our branch’s funds transfer functions, ensuring seamless execution of internal and external payment deadlines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of payment transactions, including CHIPS, Fed Funds, Book Transfers, Checks, Swift, and ACH. Your expertise in foreign exchange, money market, securities, and derivative transactions will be instrumental in driving our business forward. Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Payment Services and Treasury back Office area
- In-depth knowledge of foreign exchange, money market, securities, and derivative transactions
- Treasury back-office experience with system architecture, payment flows, processing, and financial accounting
- Operational knowledge of CHIPS, FED, ACH, and SWIFT operations
- Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent data input skills, productivity under time constraints, and attention to detail
- Proven decision-making and leadership abilities
Nice to Have Skills
- Knowledge of OFAC regulations, policies, and procedures
- Experience with IBS PE PSE, CAS, and other payment systems
- Familiarity with Clearstream and other custodial accounts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Payment Services and Treasury back Office area

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Willingness to participate in internal and external audits, and to escalate significant risk issues
