Overview:
Join a global financial institution as a Loan Operations Associate supporting end-to-end processing of commercial, syndicated, or real estate loans. This is a high-impact operations role where attention to detail, communication skills, and a customer-service mindset are key.
You’ll collaborate with relationship managers, underwriters, and internal ops teams to ensure loans are accurately processed, documented, and funded on schedule. The environment is structured and professional—ideal for someone who thrives in a regulated and fast-paced setting.
What You’ll Do:

Review and process loan applications and credit approvals

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all loan documentation

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve outstanding items

Input and track loan data through funding and booking

Reconcile principal, interest, fees, and payments
-
Monitor interest rate resets and payment schedules
-
Support post-closing reviews and handle exceptions
-
Process payments and SWIFT messages
-
Assist with testing and implementation of internal systems

Provide backup support to the treasury back office team

Respond to internal/external loan-related inquiries professionally and promptly
What We’re Looking For:
-
2–5 years of experience in loan operations or related banking operations
-
Strong knowledge of loan documentation and processing workflows
-
Familiarity with syndicated, real estate, or trade finance loans is a plus
-
Working knowledge of payments, settlements, and SWIFT
-
High attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Comfortable handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Bilingual in English and Chinese strongly preferred
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of U.S. regulatory requirements in a banking environment
