 VP Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager (Bilingual Chinese)
 (SF, TX, LA)

Key Responsibilities:
– Leverage your CRE knowledge to nurture client relationships.
– Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.
– Monitor and report on front office activities.
– Collaborate effectively with back office teams on credit risk.
Identify, evaluate, and originate loan opportunities that align with the bank’s credit appetite and strategic goals.
Work closely with underwriting teams to perform due diligence and credit analysis; contribute to underwriting and credit approval processes as needed.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with syndicate partners, including banks and arrangers
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
– 10+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate.
– Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin preferred) and fluent in English.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.

For TEXAS,  We will consider an experienced and highly motivated Relationship Manager with a strong background in syndicated loan transaction (Minimum 4 years of experience in syndicated loans, underwriting, or related banking functions). The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in client management, credit underwriting, and deal structuring, with a deep understanding of the Texas market and client base
