We’re seeking an Assistant Vice President (AVP)/Associate to join our Business Management Department – Administration Section, where your expertise will directly shape the efficiency, compliance, and physical security of our branches.

What You’ll Do

Oversee branch operations, including fixed asset reconciliation, equipment/supply management, and office maintenance.

Supervise and mentor staff in daily procedures including check processing, reconciliations, and cash oversight.

Ensure compliance with physical security standards and coordinate regular safety and equipment checks.

Conduct daily and periodic audits to maintain accuracy in records, assets, and supplies.

Support Branch Management with administrative tasks, staff performance tracking, and policy enforcement.

Facilitate training related to security, compliance, and operational procedures.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, AML, BSA, and other regulatory requirements.

Maintain a professional, client-ready environment aligned with the bank’s global service standards.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferred major in Finance, Economics, Accounting or relevant fields
- Minimum 4 years of corporate lending experience within Banking
- Sound knowledge of due diligence process, regulatory and compliance, as well as credit analysis, Commercial Real Estate, and product knowledge
- Strong knowledge of credit underwriting and portfolio management
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Bilingual ability in Mandarin and English required
