AVP/Associate – Corporate Lending (Bilingual Mandarin)

Join a growing bank branch in Queens as an AVP or Associate in Corporate Business Lending, where you'll work hands-on with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and corporate clients. This role is ideal for a bilingual Mandarin speaker with strong lending, underwriting, and client relationship experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage SME and corporate lending relationships

  • Underwrite loans, prepare credit memos, and manage post-lending activities

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, BSA/AML, KYC, and OFAC requirements

  • Conduct site visits, appraisals, and due diligence for new and existing clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain loan documentation accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years in corporate lending or credit analysis, preferably with SME/CRE exposure

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  • Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, portfolio management, and compliance

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
