Associate or AVP – Financial Operations (Custody Services)

We're partnering with a leading custodian bank in search of an Associate or AVP to join their Financial Operations team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth securities settlements, accurate corporate actions processing, effective tax administration, and top-tier client reporting. Ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, high-volume financial services environment.

? Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage securities settlements and resolve discrepancies using systems like DTC and SWIFT

  • Oversee corporate action lifecycles including elections, entitlements, and reconciliations

  • Administer withholding tax processes and support tax reclaims across jurisdictions

  • Prepare and review client reports and respond to reporting-related inquiries

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal operational risk policies

  • Participate in operational improvements and cross-functional projects

? What You Bring:

  • 3–8 years of experience in custody operations or financial services operations (Associate or AVP level)

  • Hands-on experience with settlement and custody platforms (e.g., SWIFT, Euroclear, Clearstream)

  • Knowledge of corporate actions and tax reporting workflows

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client-facing requests

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business required
