  • Bachelor's degree, accounting major preferred
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English
  • MS Office Suite
  • Good communication skills, time management and cultural sensitivity, team player

 Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify invoice(s) and reimbursement claim(s) for proper authorization and supporting document(s) before
    processing
  • Identify expense category and cost centers for invoices and reimbursement claims for processing
  • Verify and process payment of corporate credit card bills
  • Review and validate fixed assets purchase order(s) and invoice(s) for appropriate approvals. Identify fixed asset types and accounts
  • Perform OA Invoice Payment system UAT testing.
