Overview

The role involves analyzing and managing a portfolio of bilateral loans with overseas corporate borrowers, primarily in the small to mid-market range, along with some larger transactions. You’ll work closely with Head Office and spend much of your time on financial analysis, credit documentation, and detailed reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Perform in-depth credit analysis and underwriting of commercial loans.

Prepare and present detailed credit memoranda, renewals, and modifications.

Support portfolio management and annual reviews, ensuring compliance with credit policy.

Maintain strong coordination with Head Office on approvals, reports, and documentation.

Track portfolio risk and assist with internal credit rating reviews.
Qualifications

5+ years in commercial credit analysis or underwriting.

Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.

Proven ability to write clear and thorough credit reports.

Comfortable in a smaller, detail-oriented team with frequent Head Office interaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Bilingual Thai preferred but not required.
