AVP/VP Loan Closing Officer Bilingual Mandarin

Base Salary: $100K – $150K (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Independently review closing packages to ensure compliance with term sheets, credit approvals, and internal policies.

Collaborate with internal departments and legal counsel to resolve documentation inconsistencies.

Manage the full lifecycle of bilateral and syndicated loan closings.

Coordinate drafting and execution of legal documents: term sheets, credit agreements, pledge agreements, fee letters, etc.

Finalize and circulate legal documents among involved parties.

Handle post-closing processes including amendments and waivers.

Review and verify completeness of credit documentation prior to funding.

Assist management in updating workflow procedures and compliance reviews.
Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience in loan closing (bilateral/syndication).

Strong understanding of loan administration, funding processes, and documentation.

Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & spoken).

Excellent coordination, communication, and time management skills.

Bachelor’s degree or above required.

Preferred: experience with collateral management and loan condition precedents.
