Do you have a strong eye for risk and a passion for delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a Property & Casualty Insurance Underwriter to join our dynamic Manhattan-based team. What You’ll Do:

Evaluate new and renewal submissions, determining risk suitability and recommending pricing strategies.

Provide top-tier customer service to brokers and insureds—resolving inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.

Identify growth opportunities through meaningful communication with brokers and clients.

Collaborate across teams to ensure underwriting excellence and long-term client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of Property & Casualty underwriting experience (required).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze and assess complex risk profiles.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and brokers.
