Base salary $80K–$120K | Onsite in Manhattan

 What You’ll Do:

  • Assess credit proposals, renewals, and amendments for CRE and syndicated loans

  • Analyze complex financial statements, cash flow projections, and industry risk factors

  • Review legal documents including appraisals, environmental reports, and lease agreements

  • Validate credit risk ratings and ensure full compliance with internal policies

  • Collaborate with loan underwriters and provide clear, solution-oriented feedback

  • Guide internal partners on risk mitigation strategies and policy compliance

  • Conduct local and occasional out-of-state client and site visits

 Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics; Master’s preferred

  • 5+ years in CRE lending and credit analysis within a financial institution

  • Strong knowledge of syndicated lending, UCC, and regulatory standards

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, speaking)

  • Excel wizard with deep comfort in Microsoft Office and financial modeling

  • Highly analytical, organized, and confident working across teams and time zones
