Salary: $55000 – $60000
Bank Operations Assistant (Banking experience required)
Located on-site in downtown Manhattan
Candidate must have 2 – 4 years of prior banking experience
in the Operations Dept or Branch Platform, strong Excel and Word skills, and be able to use Outlook for email.
Able to answer incoming customer and branch calls, able to multitask many assignments on a strictly timed schedule, and ensure dual control and compliance.
Candidate must have good communication and comprehension skills, work well under pressure, and adapt to a changing environment with ease. Must be a team player and a quick learner.
Job requires ISO wire processing, full check verifications, ACH Fraud detection, and backup to all other Operations jobs.
Base Salary offered is $55- 60k, depending on skills and experience
This role requires unrestricted U.S. work authorization. Employer sponsorship is not available.
