Salary: $65000 – $85000
Funds Transfer Clearing Officer bilingual Chinese
located on-site in Manhattan
Base salary $65-85k, depending on experience
Essential Functions:
-Record FED incoming/outgoing wires in Fed monitoring worksheet; and counter check from the daily Fed funds transfer summary report.
-Monitor and record Fed ending balance and reconcile between SCMS.
-Record all incoming/outgoing wires with sequence control number in log books including writing up all related accounting entries vouchers;
-Handling funds transfer investigation and prepare outgoing service messages from all different departments in FED Line Advantage system.
-Check the output of the data entries in core system.
– Verify the wire-in customer information from core system before passing to Retail Branch and other regions.
-Ensure all funds transfer related payment orders were effected and properly signed.
-Record and process all incoming/outgoing SWIFT messages.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A. or B. S.) from a four-year college or university.
Three to five years of related experience and/or training.
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bilingual Chinese/English
