IT Synergy T24 Consultant
Job Description:
- Support Synergy and set up.
- Conduct CRMS backend development in test environment with the vendor support.
- Support SAA user requirements and problems.
- Support T24 daily tasks and modules development.
- Finish required documents: design documents, Test documents, Change Request documents, etc.
- Spoolview: support the data migration, problem identify, and new content management system, Synergy set up.
- CRMS: support CRMS backend development in test environment with the vendor.
- SAA: support users with any problems, i.e. SWIFT detail setup, unlock accounts, or accounts creation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Software development
- Synergy
- CRMS, GPS, T24, and SAA experience
