Operational Risk Consultant Temp (Banking)
Located on-site in Manhattan
Requirements:
- Years of Relevant Experience Required: 5+ years in operational risk management, preferably in the banking industry.
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is required
- Professional/Certification Requirements: – CFA/CPA/FRM/MBA preferred
- Other Relevant Requirements: – Knowledge of operational or enterprise risk management concepts, framework, methods, and good governance practices
- Responsibilities:
- Program Execution
– Develop, execute and enhance of the Branch-wide Operational Risk Issues/Incidents management and Operational Risk KRI Mangement.
– Ensure the effective implementation of the Branch’s operational risk programs through training, awareness and monitoring
– Support with the execution of the RCSA program as an subject matter expert in the above mentioned operational risk programs
Management
– Provide training, feedback and professional development opportunities to all team members
Reporting
– Aggregate operational risk profile utilizing the appropriate methodology
– Ensure ongoing communication of risk initiatives to the relevant committees
