Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Relationship Manager / Lender
Position Overview
We are seeking a relationship-driven Commercial Real Estate Lender to originate and manage a portfolio of CRE loans, including income-producing properties and construction financing. This individual serves as the primary client contact from initial underwriting through the life of the loan and works closely with credit partners to structure sound, profitable transactions.
What You’ll Do

Develop new CRE lending relationships within the market

Expand business through brokers, attorneys, and other centers of influence

Structure, analyze, and recommend loan opportunities

Partner with Credit to move transactions efficiently through approval

Present deals to loan committee (within authority levels)

Manage an existing portfolio and maintain strong asset quality

Advise borrowers on loan terms, status, and closing requirements

Cross-sell treasury and deposit products
-
Maintain ongoing borrower relationships and monitor performance
What We’re Looking For

5+ years Commercial Real Estate lending experience

Experience with income-producing properties; construction lending a plus

Proven business development ability and market contacts

Strong credit understanding and deal structuring skills

Relationship-focused with sound judgment and integrity

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field
Salary:
Depending on experience & skill
($145,000 -$185,000)
