IT Project Management Consultant Temp bilingual Mandarin
Located on-site in Manhattan
Manage key IT projects according to the Bank’s relevant policies and procedures, including but not limited to:
1. Lead the project management process and organize project meetings
2. Prepare and maintain relevant project materials, e.g. project plan, project timeline, reports, meeting minutes, etc.
3. Manage project changes
4. Manage project budget and spending
5. Communicate with related parties
6. Manage and follow up issues
7. Prepare project materials upon auditors’ or regulators’ requests
8. Manage other tasks related to project management
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, at least 2 years of experience in IT project management
2. Proficient in project management and relevant tools, such as MS Office, Project and Visio
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Bachelor’s degree and above
5. Bilingual abilities in English and Chinese
6. Knowledge and experience of banking regulatory authorities’ requirements such as FFIEC, OCC etc.
7. Knowledge and experience of anti-money-laundering
