AVP Systems & Technology bilingual Chinese (Banking exp required)
Location: On-site | Manhattan, NY
Base Salary: $65,000 – $150,000 (based on experience and skills)
What You’ll Do:

Lead the implementation and upgrade of core trading and risk systems in alignment with global banking standards

Translate business and risk control requirements into functional specifications, test plans, and documentation

Liaise with cross-functional teams to solve IT and risk-related issues in Treasury and Global Markets operations

Enhance and streamline risk monitoring and reporting tools
-
Deliver critical analysis to senior management and Head Office through regular business and risk reports

Drive process improvement initiatives to support operational efficiency and compliance
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree required
-
2+ years of financial markets experience AND 3+ years of IT systems experience within the banking industry
-
Knowledge of financial products such as FX, money markets, repos, fixed income, IRS
-
Strong technical proficiency across platforms; knowledge of SQL, VBA, Python is a strong plus
-
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)

Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into system requirements
