Bank Operations/2nd in Charge (Banking/Jack Henry exp required)
Located on site in downtown, Manhattan
Are you a seasoned banking operations professional ready to take the next big step in your career? We’re seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to become the #2 in command in our Operations department—with a clear path to Department Manager. Reporting to COO.
What You’ll Do

Serve as the right hand to the COO in managing daily operations

Oversee core banking systems (Jack Henry, Fed EUAC, FIS, TCH, etc.)

Own the development and execution of policies and procedures

Tackle a wide range of responsibilities—from customer and branch support to compliance oversight

Ensure dual control standards and regulatory requirements are always met

Support and lead operational staff in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
-
Handle incoming calls, multitask across departments, and manage time-sensitive assignments with confidence

Work toward eventually leading the department
What You Bring
-
Strong experience in bank operations — this is a must
-
Proficiency with Jack Henry

Familiarity with Fed EUAC, FIS, TCH, and Microsoft Office

Demonstrated ability to create detailed, policy-level documentation

Exceptional communication and comprehension skills

Calm under pressure, adaptable, and comfortable handling multiple priorities

Capable of managing staff and navigating multi-department collaboration

No college degree required (though preferred)
