Commercial Lines Representative – Insurance
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: On-site, Monday to Friday
Compensation: Base salary (60,000- 75,000) + competitive commissions on new business and renewals

A well-established retail insurance brokerage is seeking a Commercial Lines Representative to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed insurance professional who enjoys working in a small-office environment and wants to grow a book of business with strong commission potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Service and manage a book of primarily standard commercial lines accounts

Market and quote new and renewal business using online rating platforms

Handle policy downloads and uploads with carrier systems

Maintain strong client relationships through responsive and professional service

Collaborate closely with a small, dedicated team in a traditional office setting
Qualifications:

Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)

Prior experience servicing commercial lines accounts

Proficiency in online rating tools and carrier platforms

Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Comfortable working in a small-office setting, 5 days per week
