Join a well-established financial institution as an Assistant Vice President (AVP) in our Business Management Department – Administration Section, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, regulatory compliance, and administrative excellence across the branch network.

What You’ll Do
As the AVP, you will:

Lead the day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring all processes align with internal policies and external regulations.

Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to operational standards and best practices across branches.

Oversee fixed asset reconciliation, record maintenance, and supply inventories.

Manage and review activities related to check clearing, account entries, and teller cash positions.
-
Ensure physical and security readiness through daily equipment checks and fire safety compliance.

Organize and facilitate staff training, particularly around physical security and operational procedures.

Provide administrative support to Branch Management, including employee performance tracking, invoice handling, and maintaining a professional office environment.

Act as a point of contact during leadership absences and offer guidance on operational challenges.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum 10 years of experience in business administration, preferably within the banking industry
