VP Team Lead – Business Continuity Management

 Location: Onsite – Manhattan, NY
 Position Level: Vice President (Team Lead)
 Base Salary: $110,000 – $200,000 (based on experience and expertise)

We are seeking a seasoned leader in Business Continuity Management (BCM) to head our business continuity efforts across the enterprise. What You’ll Lead & Deliver

As VP, Team Lead – BCM, you will be the central force in shaping and executing our firm’s resilience strategies:

 Strategic Leadership:
Own and drive the end-to-end Business Continuity lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption during adverse events and aligning with all regulatory requirements.

 Policy & Governance:
Lead the development and updates of BCM policies, procedures, and frameworks—including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessments (RA), BC Plans, and the Pandemic Response Plan.

 Crisis Response Coordination:
Act as a key player in cross-functional collaboration during crises—supporting responses to cybersecurity events, pandemics, and system outages, in partnership with Information Security, IT Risk, and the Incident Management Team (IMT).

 Program Testing & Reporting:
Plan and execute a broad spectrum of BC tests—from disaster recovery to real-time simulations. Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations to senior leadership and risk committees.

 SME Collaboration:
Provide BCM subject matter expertise across the enterprise, working closely with Third Party Risk, RCSA, IT, and Compliance functions to ensure a tightly integrated risk management strategy.

 Compliance Oversight:
Stay abreast of BSA/AML requirements, complete all necessary compliance training, and proactively flag potential risks across business lines.


What You Bring

 Bachelor’s degree (required)
 10+ years of Business Continuity Planning experience
 Deep expertise in Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery
 Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
 Certifications such as DRII/CBCP, BCI/MBCI are a strong plus
 Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage large-scale testing, and communicate with senior stakeholders
 Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
