HR Director
Reports to SVP/CFO

Great opportunity with small NJ company
Very congenial atmosphere. 
Seeking a  self directed, motivated individual responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the HR function
Duties include recruiting, Benefits administration, 401K, On boarding, employee relations, Employee recognition programs and events

Communicate with Supervisors and department managers about personnel related issues
Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department, including, goals, objectives and procedures

Review company polices and practices on and on going basis and makes recommendations to Executive Management as necessary

Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation

Strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability. 
Bachelors degree or equivalent
5 Plus years of HR experience
PHR or SPHR certification preferred
