Business Continuity Consultant Temp bilingual Chinese
Located on-site in Manhattan
Anticipated duration is 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and updating BCM Policy and Procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
- Assist in coordinating business impact analysis and risk assessment processes, updating relevant information as required
- Assist in reviewing and updating branch-wide and departmental BC plans
- Assist in planning, organizing, executing and evaluating BCM related exercises and tests
- Assist in completing BCM related reports, including committee reports
- Assist in managing any other BCM related activities as directed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Expert level knowledge of and practical experience in all facets of BCM lifecycle activities
- Good understanding on regulatory requirements such as FFIEC and OCC requirements, and experience in incorporating the requirements in BCM policy and procedures
- Knowledge on IT disaster recovery planning, execution and testing, ability to work effectively with technology teams
- Knowledge of operational or enterprise risk management concepts, framework, methods, and governance practices
- Understanding of regulatory processes, activities, and requirements of a foreign banking organization
- High level knowledge of banking functions and business with respects to policies, products, processes, systems, and roles
- Strong verbal and written skills in English, Chinese capacity will be advantage
- Team player with experience to work with people at different levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills
- Computer (Microsoft office including PowerPoint)
- Dedicated to integrity, producing high quality results, Professionalism, Communication (verbal, written), Task orientation, Time Management, Cultural Sensitivity, Team Orientation
- CBCP or MBCI, MBCP is preferred
