AVP Commercial Real Estate Lending (Bilingual Mandarin Preferred)

 Location: On-site | Manhattan, NY
 Base Salary: $65,000 – $150,000 (Based on experience and skills)
 Full-Time | AVP-Level 
 

 What You’ll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle CRE lending: origination, underwriting, structuring, due diligence, credit memo preparation, and closing

  • Maintain and grow client relationships, uncovering new lending opportunities

  • Analyze multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality assets across gateway markets

  • Negotiate term sheets and loan documents; present to credit committees

  • Monitor post-lending performance, manage risks, and provide early warning for potential credit issues

  • Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and partners

  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory standards, and AML/BSA/KYC requirements

 Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Real Estate Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting); Master’s preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in CRE lending or equity investing

  • Solid understanding of cash flow modeling, credit analysis, loan structuring, and legal documentation

  • Strong familiarity with term, value-add, and construction lending for major CRE asset types

  • Mandarin fluency is a strong plus, but not required

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
