Overview:
Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for solving complex technical problems? We’re looking for an AVP Tech Support to ensure the smooth running of our IT systems by providing top-tier support to users across the organization. In this role, you’ll get hands-on with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, deploying critical IT projects, and maintaining computer systems and networks—all while keeping everything running efficiently and securely. Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and Installation: Lead IT projects, from system upgrades to software installations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime. You’ll provide timely support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
- System Maintenance: Take charge of diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, keeping the entire IT infrastructure running smoothly. You’ll also handle the setup of new users and manage IT system passwords.
- Compliance & Regulation: Oversee IT equipment inventory, conduct regular audits, perform data backups, and ensure the security and integrity of all stored data.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- At least 4 years of hands-on IT Support experience (or equivalent), including a deep understanding of productivity software like Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite.
- Strong technical knowledge in hardware, software, and networking—along with the ability to troubleshoot across different operating systems (Windows, macOS, and Linux).
- Proficiency in network protocols, cloud computing, and virtualization technologies.
- A customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, especially under pressure.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) are a big plus!
