Key Responsibilities:
- Support and troubleshoot IT systems, including Windows and Linux environments, Active Directory, and networking.
- Contribute to cybersecurity efforts, managing incidents, patching, and system updates.
- Help optimize day-to-day IT operations with a focus on inventory management and incident response.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and verbal skills in Mandarin.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk, System Administration (Windows/Linux), or Cybersecurity.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity, networking, IT operations, and system troubleshooting.
- Comfortable with system updates outside of business hours.
- Must have a laptop with Windows 10 installed for VPN and remote desktop connections.
