Client Services Associate – Temp Consultant (Hybrid)
Location: Manhattan
Are you ready to make an impact with a dynamic and growing team in the heart of Manhattan? We are looking for a Client Services Associate Temp Consultant to join a collaborative environment where your contributions truly matter.
What You’ll Do:
- Client Interaction: Gather information on potential customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and account management.
- Compliance Champion: Play a key role in mitigating compliance-related issues and conducting periodic account reviews (PARs) as directed by Compliance.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries regarding accounts, products, and wire transfers with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Transaction Handling: Process customer instructions for FX transactions and respond to questions on DDA/MMA & Time Deposit accounts, including rate quotations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in Client Services or banking-related experience is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Adobe. Familiarity with banking systems is essential.
- Education: College degree preferred, with a strong foundation in customer service or banking.
