Relationship Management Associate/Credit Analyst bilingual Mandarin (Banking)
located onsite in Manhattan
Base Salary: $42k – $90k (Based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Relationships:
- Conduct industry and market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular client contact and look for ways to deliver value.
- Build relationships with existing and new partner banks.
- Assist in preparing presentations for senior management and participate in special projects.

Credit Risk Analysis:
- Assist in preparing credit analyses, reports, and financial projections.
- Monitor market conditions and key economic trends to identify potential risks.
- Conduct due diligence and compliance checks (KYC/AML) in line with bank policies.

Portfolio & Post-Lending Management:
- Collaborate on loan processes, from opening accounts to post-lending monitoring.
- Perform annual loan reviews, update performance reports, and ensure compliance.

Risk & Compliance:
- Assist with risk assessments and compliance reviews.
- Ensure all transactions adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Support audits with timely document submissions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 1-5 years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English – an essential asset for client communication and market research.
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial modeling, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analysis.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture, thrive under pressure, and make well-reasoned decisions.
- Team player with a strong work ethic, high energy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
