AVP IT Audit bilingual Mandarin
located onsite in Manhattan with a foreign bank
Salary Range: $65,000 – $150,000 (based on skills and experience)

Are you looking for a dynamic role in IT Audit that offers both challenge and opportunity? As the AVP of IT Audit, you will be at the forefront of risk management within a leading foreign bank located in the heart of Manhattan. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT risk/audit focusing on IT infrastructure and application/system implementation.
  • Experience in bank examination, auditing, or compliance, with a strong grasp of IT risks and familiarity with core banking systems.
  • Knowledge of FFIEC regulatory standards, COSO, COBIT, and ISO for IT controls.
  • Professional certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, CISSP, CISM) are preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual capability in Mandarin 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of the audit coverage strategy for IT and data quality management programs.
  • Contribute to US-wide audit risk assessments and perform assigned audits by implementing approved programs and questionnaires.
  • Deliver comprehensive, insightful, and timely audit reports and Internal Audit feedback.
  • Serve as the department’s subject matter expert on IT risks and audit procedures.
