AVP Financial Management bilingual Chinese
located onsite in Manhattan with a foreign bank 
Base salary is $65k-$150k depending on skills and experience

This role will assist on conducting bank level financial budget preparation, establishing budget process, and developing calculation methodology for budget allocation.
Qualifications:  B.A. degree or B.S. degree or above in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience required

  • At least 5 years of business analysis on banking or financial services industry required
  • Bilingual skills in English and Chinese required

Responsibilities:

  • Assist on prepare and maintain the New York Branch budget policy and related procedures.
  • Assist the team to complete the annual financial budget preparation and help on communication with budget-related units.
  • Assist on conduct bank level and business unit level financial performance evaluation.
