We are seeking a Financial Management – Front Line Unit Risk Management AVP to join our innovative team in New York. This is a unique opportunity to shape and implement risk management strategies in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management or audit within banking and financial services, with a focus on risk management.
- Strong understanding of the financial/banking industry and solid knowledge of regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Fluency in Mandarin
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Implementation: Drive the execution of the Risk Governance Framework and collaborate with teams to enhance our risk management policies and procedures.
- Dynamic Monitoring: Oversee adherence to risk management standards, ensuring a robust understanding of financial operations, including accounting management and regulatory compliance.
- Innovative Reporting: Produce insightful risk reports for senior management and risk committees, providing a clear view of existing and emerging risks.
