VP Relationship Manager(HNW) Bilingual Spanish English

VP International Preferred Banker (HNW) EXCLUSIVE

Join our client, a mid sized bank in NY, who is seeking a Bilingual Spanish English VP which is available due to a promotion, You'll play a key role in developing and managing International Client Relationships and Developing Domestic Clients . You'll work closely with senior leadership to build and maintain CRE and Residential Mortgage  banking relationships, focusing on companies with gross sales under $50MM with Loan Facilities in the $3MM-USD10MM range. . This is a dynamic role with a mix of sales and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with bank policies.
  • Implement marketing strategies and services for both local and international markets.
  • Collaborate with the lending team to manage credit processes, portfolio management, and customer relationships.
  • Drive growth by cross-selling banking products like cash management, deposits, and loans.
  • Actively participate in community and networking events, representing the bank.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-10 years of related experience in Commercial and Business Banking in the NY Market is preferred 
  • Bachelor's degree in finance (MBA is a plus).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to meet goals and maximize cross-sell opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products, credit analysis, and treasury management.
  • Credit Training is Preferable

Salary:
Depending on experience & skill
($140,000 - $150,000) plus incentive bonus
