Our client, an expanding foreign bank is seeking a
Benefits & Compensation Associate/AVP bilingual Chinese

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or other related fields is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, benefit administration, or related field for the Associate position; At least 5 years of relevant experience is required for the AVP position
Solid knowledge of the CA, NY and IL employment laws and regulations
Sound industry knowledge of benefits administration process and procedures
Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
Bilingual abilities in English and Chinese 
Benefits Administration
Collaborate with brokers in the annual review of benefits program and update when necessary. Administer various employee benefits programs.
Assist with annual renewal for benefit plans/Assist with third party vendor management including annual review, financial statement review,
risk assessment, due diligence, SOC report review.
Conduct benefits orientations (e.g. new hire, open enrollment) and training Administer the COBRA, Payroll Administration
Review and record HR/Payroll/Benefits data into HRIS system, including new hire and termination and all the changes in between.
Ensure payroll processing is timely and accurately accordance with government regulations and company’s policy.
The salary ranges for the Associate position is $42,000-$90,000 and for AVP position is $65,000-
$150,000. Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
