Base Salary: $65k – $150k (based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee benefits and attendance administration with a focus on compliance in CA, NY, and IL
- Manage highly confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Ensure accurate expat agreements, taxable fringe benefits, and compensation calculations
- Leverage deep knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and reporting functions
- Collaborate across departments to implement efficient payroll solutions
- Drive improvement in benefits programs while maintaining industry best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in benefits and attendance administration
- In-depth knowledge of CA, NY, and IL employment rules, tax laws, and payroll systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with expat agreements and fringe benefits administration
- Relevant certifications such as CEBS, CCP, SPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP are a plus
- Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin preferred) and fluent in English
