Assistant Account Executive – Insurance Construction Unit

Overall responsibilities:
Assisting Account Executives with the day to day technical and daily management of client accounts including administrative issues, billing, renewals and client requests. Additional administrative and office services duties as assigned.

– Invoicing
– Certificates (liability and property) setup
– Binders/Auto ID Cards
– Policy checking and transmittal
– Endorsement checking and transmittal
– Audit checking and transmittal
– Schedules of Insurance
– Ordering Loss Runs
– Other clerical duties as projects arise

Salary: 
Depending on experience and skill
($50,000 – $80,000)
